Shishir Kumar joins AIFL as Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel

Shishir Kumar has been appointed as Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel for Aseem Infrastructure Finance Ltd.

Kumar has been in the Banking & Finance sector for more than 24 years, and has handled matters related to Performing Credit Fund, Real Estate Fund, Infra Fund, Banking, Infrastructure Project Finance, High Value Litigations valued at more than Rs 500 crores, Structured Finance and Mid market products lending.

Prior to joining AIFL, he was the Executive Vice President and Head Legal at Edelweiss Alternatives for nearly a decade.
