She has worked on notable deals such as Temasek and Advent’s joint structured finance and M&A acquisition of Crompton, Dalmia Cement’s IBC acquisition of Murli Industries, Goldman Sachs and Varde’s debt restructuring of Rattan India..Prior to joining SAM, Singh was a consultant with Khaitan & Co in the Restructuring and Insolvency (R&I) practice.
