Shubneet Panjete joins Kochhar & Co as Partner in IP practice

Shubneet Panjete has joined Kochhar & Co as a Partner in Intellectual Property practice at the Firm's Gurgaon office.

Panjete is a 2008 alumna of Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

She has close to two decades of experience advising domestic and international clients on trademark strategy, brand protection, contentious trademark matters, and portfolio management. She has extensive experience in trademark prosecution, oppositions, rectifications, enforcement, and advisory matters across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Kochhar, Panjete had spent her entire career at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners.
