ZETWERK GC John Thaliath exits ahead of IPO; Siddharth Seshan elevated

Siddharth Seshan, a private equity and venture capital specialist and former Partner at Samvād: Partners, has been appointed General Counsel at ZETWERK, as the manufacturing platform gears up for a potential IPO.

Seshan succeeds John Thaliath, who spent four years building the company's legal function before stepping down for personal reasons. It is believed that Thaliath will spend another month before exiting the company.

During his time, Thaliath served as an advisor to ZETWERK's Board and Founders and also built the Company's legal team encompassing the following: Disputes, M&A, Compliance, PE/VC, Commercial Legal and General Corporate functions.

Zetwerk has recently filed a confidential draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering. Trilegal is advising the company on the IPO.
