SNG & Partners strengthens National Disputes Practice with acquisition of MRM Legal

SNG & Partners has strengthened its national disputes platform through the integration of MRM Legal's advisory and dispute resolution practice.

The move reflects the firm's strategy of building specialist capabilities and further enhances its ability to advise banks, financial institutions, corporates and promoter-led businesses across transactions, disputes and regulatory matters through a single integrated platform.

Founded by Monisha Handa Bhargava, Rajul Shrivastav and Advocate-on-Record Mohit D. Ram, MRM Legal brings to SNG & Partners a highly regarded disputes platform led by three seasoned founding partners and supported by a ten-member team of lawyers with established credentials across contentious and advisory mandates.

The practice is known for its work in high-stakes litigation, strategic dispute management and corporate advisory, with experience across commercial, civil, criminal, regulatory and financial disputes before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts across the country. Its integration adds further depth to SNG & Partners’ banking and financial services practice, enhancing the firm’s ability to advise Indian and international clients on complex contentious and advisory mandates.
