Srijit Mukherjee joins Kocho as Group General Counsel

Node4 Group General Counsel Srijit Mukherjee has moved to Kocho as a Group General Counsel.

Mukherjee is a 2005 graduate of National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.

Mukherjee is a General Counsel with two decades of experience advising high-growth companies, founders, and boards across the technology, digital infrastructure, and Web3 landscapes. His experience includes leading cross-border M&A, managing complex commercial litigation, navigating emerging regulations (crypto, data privacy, AI) and enabling scalable contract systems.

Prior to joining Kocho, Mukherjee served as the Group General Counsel for Node4 Limited. In the past, he has been associated with leading organisations such as Bharti Airtel, Accenture, Wipro and HCLTech.
