

Subramaniam & Associates has announced the elevation of Sanuj Das to Partnership.
Das has practiced IP litigation for close to 15 years and brings rich experience and skills to the firm. He has been associated with Subramaniam & Associates for the past decade.
Alongside Das, the Firm has also announced the elevation of Megha Mangal Lamba and Garima Kulshreshtha to Partner Designate in its Trade Mark and Patent departments respectively.
Lamba and Kulshreshtha have also been in practice for over 15 years. Lamba’s practice focusses on trade mark prosecution, oppositions and advisory. Kulshreshtha specializes in patent prosecution, oppositions and providing freedom to operate opinions.
