Sudipta Chakraborty joins Aditya Birla Group as Vice President - Group Legal & Compliance

Sudipta Chakraborty has joined Aditya Birla Group in the position of Vice President - Group Legal & Compliance.

Chakraborty is a 2005 graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

She has 19 years of post-qualification experience in managing complex legal, regulatory, forensic and compliance mandates. She has built and scaled strong global and regional legal, compliance, and tax teams for start-ups and fortune 100 companies across sectors.

Before joining Aditya Birla Group, she held the position of General Counsel and Head of Compliance at RoundGlass for over 3 years.

She has previously also worked at FMC Corporation and Adient. Before that she has worked with two law firms - ELP and Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan.
