Tandon & Co has announced a strategic merger with Aretha Legal to create a multi-service law firm with national presence and integrated practice capabilities..This merger marks the coming together of a litigation and regulatory advisory practice led by Aanchal Tandon, with a corporate and commercial law firm founded by Ray Vikram Nath, Nitin Gera and Prashant Kumar..Established in 2007 by Kunal Tandon, who has recently been designated as a Senior Advocate by the Delhi High Court, Tandon & Co specialises in litigation, dispute resolution, white-collar crime and regulatory matters.
