Tatva Partner Manav Nagaraj is joining Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as an Equity Partner in Bengaluru.

Manav will be joining with his team that includes K.S. Bhargava, a partner with over 12 years of experience in corporate, commercial and real estate matters.

Recently, SAM & Co Partner Roshan Thomas left the firm to join Byju's as Group General Counsel. With Manav's joining, the firm will further boost its presence in Bengaluru.
