Trilegal lawyer Khushboo Sukhwani joins Signature Global as General Counsel

Khushboo Sukhwani has joined Signature Global (India) Limited as General Counsel, President - Strategy & Investments.

Sukhwani is a 2016 graduate of National Law University, Delhi.

With a decade of experience, she specializes in business transfers, joint ventures, public M&A, private equity and debt transactions, and has advised on complex corporate governance issues involving listed entities.

In the past, she had advised Signature Global on the acquisition of Gurugram Commercity Private Limited.

Prior to her move to Signature Global, Sukhwani was associated with Trilegal for the past four years. She had also worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and AZB & Partners.
