Trilegal has promoted Prarthna Baranwal and Atul Jain to the firm’s partnership. The two lawyers work at the firm's Corporate and Disputes practices respectively.
With these elevations, Trilegal’s all-equity partnership now stands at 148 partners.
Congratulating the new partners, Partners and Members of the Management Committee Nishant Parikh and Sridhar Gorthi said in a press release,
“Congratulations to our new partners. Both have consistently demonstrated capability, client focus, and commitment. Their elevation reflects both their individual contributions and the firm’s focus on building long-term strength in its core practice areas. We look forward to their continued contribution as stewards of Trilegal’s values and reputation.”
Adding perspective from the corporate side, Partner Yogesh Singh said:
“A warm welcome to our new partners. Prarthna has consistently contributed to important transactions and has shown a strong commitment to clients and colleagues alike. We are pleased to see her take on this role as we continue to grow our corporate practice.”
From the Disputes practice, Partner Nitesh Jain remarked:
“A big congratulations to both the new partners. As disputes in India become more sophisticated and cross-border in scope, clients are turning to advisors who can combine deep sectoral insight with creative litigation strategy. Atul embodies this capability, having led several precedent-setting and high-stakes matters. His elevation enhances our ability to deliver outstanding results for clients facing complex litigation challenges.”
