

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Banking & Finance Partners Pranav Sharma and Mallika Chopra are leaving the firm to join Trilegal.
The Trilegal partnership is in the process of voting on the duo.
Confirming Pranav Sharma's exit, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner Cyril Shroff said,

Update: Trilegal announced today the appointment of Pranav Sharma and Mallika Chopra as partners in its Banking and Finance practice. With this, the partnership strength of Trilegal grows to sixty-five (65).

Pranav has over 19 years of specialist experience in the practice areas of Banking & Finance and Debt Capital Markets.
Before joining the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas in 2012, Pranav worked for over 6 years in the Banking group at Linklaters LLP. He is a 2001 graduate of NLSIU, Bangalore.
Mallika advises across a wide spectrum of Banking & Financing matters, with a special focus on structured debt transactions, real estate and asset backed financings.
She joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in 2018 from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
A 2008 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, she also previously worked at ICICI Bank and IndusLaw.
