Big Move: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Corporate Partner Amit Khansaheb to join Trilegal with team of 7 partners

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Corporate Partner Amit Khansaheb is leaving the firm along with his team of seven partners to join Trilegal, according to sources.

The team of seven partners includes Abhishek Dubey, Nikhil Sachdeva, Vishruta Kaul, Prateek Lala, Pratyush Singh, Rahul Chugh and Rishi Jain.

Six partners are based in Gurgaon while Prateek Lala is based out of Bangalore. They are all part of the General Corporate practice of the firm.

Khansaheb had joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas along with his team from BMR Legal in 2017.

He had left Desai & Diwanji in January 2013 to set up BMR’s Corporate M&A practice.

Last year, Shardul Amarchand Disputes Partner Anuj Berry had left the firm to join Trilegal.
