Unilever Chief Legal Officer Maria Varsellona set to move to Rolls‑Royce

Unilever Chief Legal Officer and CS Maria Varsellona is leaving the company to join Rolls‑Royce as Chief Legal Officer.

Varsellona is an alumna of the University of Palermo.

With over three decades of experience as an in-house counsel, Varsellona has worked for multiple leading companies, including GE, Sidel, Tetrapak, and Nokia.

Prior to her move to Rolls‑Royce, she served as the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of Unilever UK for the past three years.
