United & United centralizes operations in Noida; Inducts three lawyers into Partnership

United & United has announced the relocation of its headquarters to a unified corporate hub in Noida.

By moving its base to a more expansive, one-roof modern facility, United & United seeks to enhance inter-departmental synergy, streamline client delivery and foster a more integrated culture of legal excellence.

The transition, aimed at consolidating the firm’s diverse practice groups under one roof, coincides with the induction of three seasoned legal professionals into the partnership.

Rishi Bansal, Harshita Bansal and Gaurav Gogia, who have been instrumental in the firm’s management and growth to date, have been elevated to the partnership to spearhead operations across all fronts.

These appointments are designed to bolster leadership capacity for overseeing the firm's growing portfolio in corporate, litigation, enforcement, transactional, advisory, and associated Intellectual Property Rights practices. They will guide the teams in these fields, also encompassing facets of anti-counterfeiting and investigations.

Commenting on the growth in terms of office relocation and appointment of the new leadership bench, Founding Partner, Shravan Kumar Bansal, stated,
