V Law Partners has amalgamated into Economic Laws Practice. Founder Vivek Daswaney has joined ELP as a Partner to strengthen the Labor and Employment Practice.

At ELP, Daswaney will lead the Labor and Employment Practice of the firm.  He and his team will support the infrastructure practice areas of the Firm, which is led by Sujjain Talwar. He and his team of six professionals will be based out of ELP’s Mumbai office.

Daswaney completed his Bachelor’s and Master of Laws in Mumbai and is a qualified solicitor, registered with The Bombay Incorporated Law Society and The Law Society of England and Wales.

He has over 25 years of extensive experience across labor and employment law, advising leading Indian and multinational corporations on complex employment issues. His practice is complemented by deep expertise in corporate and commercial law, real estate, inheritance planning, trusts and testamentary matters, enabling him to provide holistic and commercially aligned advice to clients.
