Vanita Irani has joined Strider Search as an Associate Partner – Legal Search Practice. 

Based in Mumbai, in her new role, Irani will be partnering closely with leading law firms to shape their leadership teams and facilitate strategic roles, further strengthening the organization’s growing presence in the legal search domain.

Prior to joining Strider, Irani has closely worked with top-tier law firms such as Khaitan & Co, AZB & Partners, and K Law. Her unique career spanning across hospitality, prominent law firms, strategy consulting firm, and recently with India’s foremost alternatives platform — brings a rare combination of people insights and strategic acumen to the Company.
