AZB's Veeral Vakharia joins Stratage Law Partners as Partner in Real Estate practice

Veeral Vakharia has joined Stratage Law Partners as a Partner in its Real Estate practice, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities across real estate and allied transactional matters.

Vakharia is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

He is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience in real estate, corporate transactions, and dispute resolution. His experience spans across structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, including development agreements, conveyance deeds, lease deeds and license agreements across residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure assets. He has also worked extensively on title due diligence, risk assessment and structuring investments in real estate projects.

Prior to joining Stratage Law Partners, Vakharia was associated with leading law firms and reputed real estate developers, including AZB & Partners, where he advised on complex real estate transactions and large-scale development projects.
