VERTICES PARTNERS elevates three Partners to Equity Partnership

VERTICES PARTNERS has inducted Partners Vishal Mehta, Vikrant Anand and Rajat Agarwal to the firm's equity partnership.

Mehta, as the first associate of the firm, has played a pivotal role in spearheading several notable transactions for the Firm in the corporate practice and has demonstrated exceptional leadership.

Anand has consistently demonstrated legal acumen in leading and executing domestic and cross-border transactions, and this elevation acknowledges his leadership in client delivery and the Firm’s growth initiatives, as well as in leading the NCR office of the Firm.

Agarwal is the cornerstone of the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Banking & Finance practice areas and has also been consistently leading the forensics and investigations advisory practice for the Firm. He is recognised as the key contact for the Firm’s Litigation practice in the Legal500 directory.

In addition to the elevation of the three Equity Partners, VERTICES PARTNERS has also announced a series of internal promotions across its team.

From the Mumbai team, Varun Kaka has been promoted to Principal Associate, Vidhi Shah and Anushka Chaturvedi have been promoted to the position of Associate Managers.

From the NCR office, Nishant Singh has been promoted to Principal Associate, Amit Shekhar has been promoted to Senior Associate and Nishtha Khandelwal has been promoted to Associate Manager.
