Former INOX Vice President Legal Shilpa Sharma launches new law firm Counsel & Council

After working with law firms and corporate legal departments for almost three decades, Shilpa Sharma has launched a new law firm called Counsel & Council, headquartered in Mumbai.

Sharma's vision is to establish an exceptional law firm that goes beyond the traditional model and embraces collaboration, technology, and client-centricity.

At Counsel & Council, Sharma has handpicked a team of specialists with vast experience in their respective fields. These lawyers will provide specialized services in both transactional and litigation matters.

The firm will offer legal advice and representation not only on a national scale, but also across borders through the strong international collaborations the firm has made.

Counsel & Council also offers an alternative fee structure, which prioritizes on fairness and flexibility. As per a press release, the firm offers a reasonable pricing model compared to traditional law firms.

Sharma has previously worked with law firms like Vaish Associates and Paras Kuhad & Associates. She has also worked as an in-house counsel with Ernst & Young and Marico. Before setting up Counsel & Council, she was Vice-President Legal at INOX.
