Vikash Kukreti joins Luthra and Luthra as Partner in the TMT practice

Vikash Kukreti, former Director - Regulatory Advisory at Ernst & Young, joins Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India as Partner in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) practice.

Kukreti is a 2008 law graduate of Delhi University and is a qualified Company Secretary since 2002

Kukreti has over 20 years of overall experience. Prior to his role as Director at Ernsy & Young, he worked with Telenor for 11 years and was Head of legal for about 4 years. During this stint, he led a team of lawyers to ensure compliance, regulatory and other disputes/litigations, contracts, business & operational issues and policy and governance implementation.

On his joining the firm, Rajiv K Luthra, Founder and Managing Partner said,
