Vishnu Chandran joins IC RegFin Legal to lead new Bengaluru office

Vishnu Chandran has joined IC RegFin Legal as a Partner to lead its upcoming new Bengaluru office in Indira Nagar.

Chandran is a 2011 alumnus of National University of Juridical Sciences.

He has over 15 years of experience advising private equity and venture capital funds, founders, and corporates on investments, exits, and M&A transactions. He regularly leads transactions across the investment lifecycle, from early-stage venture financings to growth-stage and large-cap private equity deals, including buyouts and structured exits.

Prior to joining IC RegFin Legal, Chandran was associated with Lexygen for the past decade and a half, where he began his career in 2011.
