Vivek Mishra moves from Bajaj to Landmark Group as SVP - Group Head Legal

Vivek Mishra has joined Landmark Group as Senior Vice President - Group Head Legal & CS (India).

Mishra is an alumnus of Lucknow University. He is also a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

With close to two decades of experience, Mishra has held legal leadership positions and company secretary roles across multiple leading organisations. He advises on cross border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, real estate laws, trademarks, labour & employment matters. He also handles litigation as well as Governance, Risk Management & Compliance.

Prior to joining the Landmark Group, Mishra served as the Head Legal and CS at Bajaj Consumer Care. His past roles include stints at Mondelēz International, Michelin, GE Power, Vatika Group and Mankind Pharma.
