Wadia Ghandy & Co elevates Partner Shabnum Kajiji to Joint Managing Partner

Wadia Ghandy & Co has promoted Partner Shabnum Kajiji as Joint Managing Partner of the firm.

The existing Managing Partners Ashish Ahuja and Dhawal Mehta and Senior Partner Hamid Moochhala said,

“We thank her (Shabnum) for the support, hard work, and dedication she has shown to the firm over the years. She has shouldered all the responsibility over the years with Ashish and Dhawal and has played an important role in shaping the firm. It is our honour to have her with us.”

Kajiji is a part of the banking and finance practice at Wadia Ghandy & Co and specializes in securitization and structured finance and represents several leading banks and financial institutions as well as corporate organizations raising finance.

She completed a B.A. and LL.B. Degree at Mumbai University and was admitted to the Bar in the year 2001. She is also a qualified solicitor in India. She has been with the firm since 2005.
