Water and Shark Legal LLP strengthens its presence in Africa as it collaborates with Solid Law Firm (Egypt) to explore newer avenues globally within the law sector.

The two firms have entered into a Collaboration Agreement during SEPC Delegation to Egypt, facilitated by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Commerce.

It was an initiative from the Industry of Trade and Commerce of India through which SEPC had organized this event. As a part of this impressive delegation, Water and Shark Legal LLP was the only legal professional firm that represented India and visited 4 African Countries. This synergistic approach aimed to fuel the "To Make Africa Your Partner" event organized by Service Export Council (SEPC).

During this visit, Water and Shark Legal LLP explored new opportunities upon meeting Aya Barrada, Managing Partner of Solid Law Firm Egypt. The firms were impressed by their mutual dedication to trust & transparency. This shared ideology created a conducive collaborative environment.

The firms have now joined hands to focus on global trade from a law perspective. They aim to enable firms to explore Africa as a global business destination and support them in their endeavours.

Solid Law Firm Egypt is equally excited about the collaboration. Managing Partner Aya Barrada said,

“The collaboration between Solid Law Firm and Water & Shark Legal LLP is a new era of foreign investment in Egypt and the GCC,”

“We believe that by combining our strengths and expertise, we can strengthen our stance in Africa and provide services of varied calibre to all our clients and support them in their endeavours.”

Harsh Patel, Managing Partner, Water and Shark Legal LLP and the Founder and Global CEO of Water and Shark is delighted to welcome Aya Barrada and Hussien Eldsoky of Solid Law Firm as their collaborating firm in Egypt.

“This collaboration will open the doors of investments from Egypt, India and the Middle East and enable both the firms to explore the mutual synergies and technical capabilities which would enhance and further help clients to scale and grow their business across the globe,” says Patel.
