Chawda has over a decade of experience across dispute resolution and contracts, with a practice that also extends to real estate, finance, and media matters, and international engagements across South Asia, Europe, and the UAE.
An alumna of the NUSRL, Ranchi, she has handled high-stakes disputes and arbitration matters across jurisdictions and regularly advises clients on litigation strategy, risk mitigation, and dispute avoidance. Her practice is distinguished by a blended approach that combines dispute resolution expertise with commercial contract advisory, enabling clients to navigate both contentious proceedings and business-critical transactions effectively.
Chawda regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums and has led dispute resolution mandates across India. Her client portfolio includes leading domestic and international businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, whom she advises on complex litigation, arbitration, and commercial risk management.
Her arbitration practice spans the entire lifecycle of disputes, including pre-dispute advisory, claims and defence strategy, arbitral proceedings, and the enforcement and challenge of awards. In addition, she advises clients on commercial contracts and transactional risk allocation, helping businesses proactively manage legal exposure and avoid disputes.
