ZeusIP Advocates elevates Santrupt Satapathy to Associate Partner

ZeusIP Advocates LLP has elevated Santrupt Satapathy to the position of Associate Partner.

A 2014 alumnus of KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar, Satapathy has over a decade of experience in intellectual property law, with a strong focus on trademark prosecution, enforcement and brand advisory. Over the course of his career, he has developed particular expertise in devising and implementing brand protection and enforcement strategies, and regularly advises clients on managing and commercialising their IP assets.

He has worked with a wide spectrum of clients (globally), including leading FMCG companies, food and beverage groups, and several Fortune 500 corporations, assisting them in building, protecting and strengthening their intellectual property portfolios across jurisdictions.

Satapathy has been associated with ZeusIP since 2016 and has been contributing to the growth of the firm’s IP practice. During his tenure, he has been closely involved in handling complex opposition and enforcement matters, as well as advising on portfolio management strategies.

Following a brief stint with other firms, he rejoined ZeusIP in 2022 and has since continued to contribute significantly to the firm’s client engagements and internal capabilities.
