[COVID-19] Despite Allahabad High Court order, Uttar Pradesh government says it cannot impose lockdown

The Uttar Pradesh government has refused to implement lock down in the State despite a slew of prohibitory directions issued by the Allahabad High Court to be implemented in five cities of UP.
