[COVID-19] Karnataka High Court bars entry of litigants inside courts; prohibits recording of evidence in District, Trial Courts of 9 districts

The Karnataka High Court on Thursday prohibited the entry of litigants and parties in-person inside High Court complex as well as the District/Trial Courts in nine districts, owing to the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the State.
