[COVID-19 Lockdown] Death Penalty, Family law cases may be taken up in Supreme Court with CJI's permission, subject to Bench availability

Death penalty cases and family law cases may be heard by the Supreme Court amid its restricted functioning during the COVID-19 lockdown, subject to permission from Chief Justice SA Bobde and provided that there is a Bench available to take up the matter.
