CrestLaw Partners moves to bigger office in Bangalore; Looking to open offices in Chennai and Hyderabad

Bangalore-based CrestLaw Partners has recently moved from its existing office at Ligoury Court on Palmgrove Road to a bigger office space in Xavier Layout, off Victoria Road in Bangalore.

Set up in 2006 by former Dua Associates Equity Partner Arun Kumar, Senior Associates Dhyan Chinnappa, Ravitej Rao M and former Sundaraswamy Ramdas & Anand lawyer MV Sundararaman has grown to about 30 professionals in the last seven years.

Speaking to Bar & Bench, Partner Ravitej Rao said, “This move is part of our expansion plans. We were outgrowing our office at Ligoury Court and needed a larger office space and the new office meets our requirements. We can comfortably grow here for the next few years. It can seat almost 40-45 lawyers.”

“The new office space will provide improved facilities for the increasing number of clients and the lawyers”, said Ravitej.

CrestLaw is a full service law firm with primary focus on corporate and commercial laws, real estate, labour and employment, information technology, intellectual property, litigation and arbitration.

Partners Arun Kumar, Dhyan Chinnappa and MV Sundararaman lead the litigation and dispute resolution practice of the firm. Ravitej Rao heads the corporate and commercial team while another Partner Prashant Shenoi heads the real estate practice of the firm.

Both Arun and Ravitej are graduates of National Law School of India University, Bangalore while Dhyan Chinnappa is a graduate of University Law College, Bangalore. He also holds an LL.M. from University College London.

Talking about the expansion plans, Ravitej said, “The firm is looking to grow to a team of around 40 lawyers in the next couple of years. The firm has lot of clients in Hyderabad and Chennai and we are actively considering opening offices in these two cities in the near future”.
