Day 4 of Section 377 hearing: Supreme Court reserves judgment

The hearing in the challenge to Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code continues in the Supreme Court for the fourth day.

The matter is being heard by a Constitution Bench of Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra and Justices Rohinton Fali NarimanAM Khanwilkar, DY Chandrachud and Indu Malhotra.

A host of lawyers appearing for various parties have already made their submissions before the Constitution Bench.

The remaining intervenors are expected to make their arguments today.
