Delhi court allows murder accused to appear in law entrance exam for NLU Delhi

Vacation judge Chandra Shekhar held that the right to education is a fundamental right and it would be in the interest of justice if permission is granted to the accused to appear in the test.

A Delhi court on Wednesday allowed a murder accused, Shashank Jadon to take the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) for admission to the National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi).
