Delhi High Court goes on strike (again) over Pecuniary Jurisdiction issue

Strikes have struck the Delhi High Court, once again. At stake is the passing of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Bill of 2014. The Bill was to be debated in the Lok Sabha today, prompting the Delhi High Court Bar Association to call for a “total abstention of work” on 22^nd and 23^rd July.
