Dhaval Vussonji goes cross-country with Bangalore’s Jayanth Pattanshetti Associates tie-up

After the recent merger with Alliance Corporate Lawyers in Mumbai, Dhaval Vussonji & Associates has now tied up with Bangalore-based law firm Jayanth Pattanshetti & Associates.

This alliance with JP & Associates, a 30-year old firm with offices in Bangalore and Mysore, will give Dhaval Vussonji entry into southern India.

Jayanth Pattanshetti, who heads a team of 30 lawyers, said,

“Through this unique alliance, both the firms intend to extend support to each other with a larger aim to be at a better position to provide timely, effective and value added services to our clients”. 

The Corporate team of JP & Associates is currently being headed by S. Suresh, a lawyer with over 20 years experience in commercial laws, with emphasis on Foreign Investments and Mergers & Acquisitions.

On the alliance, Dhaval Vussonji, Managing Partner at DVA said,

Set up in 2014 by Dhaval Vussonji and Prachi Dave, Dhaval Vussonji & Associates focuses on real estate, banking and corporate practices.
