It is also understood that his team members Anu Monga and Neeraj Lalwani are also leaving to join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.Rahul focuses on Competition (Anti-trust) and TMT practice. Some of the most notable cases include Cement cartel (represented the Informant – BAI), Aluminium Phosphide cartel (represented Excel Crop Care), Real estate cartel (represented Puravankara), Auto-parts matter (Nissan Motors)..He also actively advises companies in TMT sector on issues relating to regulations and policies..Rahul joined Dhir in 2013 from Seth Dua Associates.
