9 cases, 34 arrests by Delhi Police under UAPA in 2020; disclosing names of persons arrested against larger public interest: MHA in Lok Sabha

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has told the Parliament that disclosing names of persons arrested under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) may hamper larger public interest as the cases may be impacted.
