Doctor stocking small amount of medicines without disclosing source does not endanger public: Supreme Court

The Court set aside a jail sentence imposed on a doctor found in possession of a small quantity of unlicensed medicines, and instead confined to imposing a ₹1 lakh fine on the doctor.
