DSK Legal hires former CAM Director Padmini Rathore as CEO

Padmini Rathore has joined DSK Legal as its new Chief Executive Officer, after working with the firm as a consultant.

Padmini has over fifteen years of experience in the fields of business strategy, organizational governance, process improvement, efficiency management, financial management and marketing communications.

Before assuming her new role, Padmini was Principal & Head of Consulting at Rainmaker. Prior to that, she was Director of the Business Planning & Compliance team at the Managing Partner’s Office at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas for three years. She had also worked as the Director of Strategy at the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas from February 2010 to April 2013.

Padmini is an alumnus of MICA, Ahmedabad, and holds an executive programme certificate from Harvard Business School in ‘Transforming and Managing Professional Service Firms in India’.

Commenting on the hire, DSK Legal Managing Partner Anand Desai said in a press release,
