Breaking: DSK Co-founder Satish Kishanchandani leaves with 2 Partners

DSK Legal Co-Founder and Senior Partner Satish Kishanchandani has decided to move on from the firm. He will be leaving the firm along with Partners Narendra Dingankar and Pritha Jha.

It is understood that Kishanchandani would be setting up his own law firm.

Satish has more than 30 years of rich experience in advising various multinational and domestic companies and funds across sectors and negotiating many complex commercial transactions relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, strategic alliances and joint ventures.

On his decision to leave, Satish Kishanchandani said,

I have decided to move on after an exciting 18-year journey to set up a focused legal services practice with a difference.

Managing Partner Anand Desai, said,

Satish and I started DSK Legal 18 years ago, and it has been an amazing journey. We respect Satish’s decision to move on and wish him the very best.

Narendra is the Partner in the Mumbai office of DSK Legal and also oversees the functioning of the Pune office. With over 15 years of experience, Narendra’s advice is sought by both domestic and international corporates for negotiating commercial transactions relating to private equity investment, M&A transactions, Joint ventures, corporate restructuring and business acquisition transactions.

Pritha is a 2007 graduate from ILS Law College, Pune.  She focuses on private equity and M&A transactions. She joined DSK in 2009 from Desai & Diwanji.
