Dua Associates promotes Partners Dinesh Mathur, Vikram Dhokalia and Srinivas BR to Equity; Manager Jay Badola made Partner

Dua Associates has promoted Litigation Partners Dinesh Mathur and Vikram Dhokalia and Corporate Partner Srinivas BR to equity partnership. The move increases the number of Equity Partners to a total of 33. The firm has also promoted Manager Jay Badola to partnership, according to reliable sources.

Both Dinesh and Vikram are based out of Delhi office while Srinivas is based out of Bangalore office.

Dinesh, who joined Dua Associates in 2009 as a litigation partner, had merged his independent practice with the firm. Prior to setting up his independent practice, he was working with JB Dadchandji & Co.

Vikram joined the firm after graduating from Delhi University in 1989 and was made a Partner in 2011 while Srinivas is a graduate of Bangalore University and joined the firm in 2002. His areas of practice include private equity transactions, real estate laws, investment structuring including foreign investments and exchange control regulations.

Jay, who is a graduate of Delhi University, joined the firm in 2007 prior to which he was working with Archer & Angel as a Senior Associate. He is part of the corporate practice group in the Delhi office.
