The Supreme Court continues to hear the case relating to entry of women into Sabarimala Temple for the sixth day.
The case is being heard by a Constitution Bench presided by Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices Rohinton Nariman, AM Khanwilkar, DY Chandrachud and Indu Malhotra.

#Sabarimala: Rather than Kelsenâs Pure Law theory, it is Indian realism that should be applied. Indian realism means Constitution cannot be interpreted without taking into account social realities.
Otherwise it will lead to social tensions in Kerala, Kailasanatha Pillai.
