EPS moves Madras High Court to restrain OPS from claiming AIADMK membership, using party symbol

Justice RN Manjula issued the notice to OPS on a plea by EPS seeking to restrain the expelled AIADMK leader from claiming to be a coordinator and using the party's symbol, flag, letterhead, etc.

The Madras High Court on Thursday issued notice to expelled All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) leader O Panneerselvam (OPS) asking him to respond to a civil suit filed by the current general secretary of the party and his political rival, Edappadi K Palaniswami (EPS).
