Ex-DLF, Oberoi in-house Nipun Malhotra rejoins O.P. Khaitan & Co after 2007 departure

Nipun Malhotra, former Senior Vice President – Legal at DLF Ltd and Vice President – Legal Affairs and Group General Counsel at EIH Limited (The Oberoi Group) has rejoined O.P. Khaitan & Co.

Malhotra had left the firm in 2007 to work as an in-house counsel.

He has joined the firm as a Senior Partner with effect from April 1, 2014 taking the total number of partners at the firm to 11.

In the firm’s press release, Managing Partner Gautam Khaitan, said, “Nipun will be a new dimension in the Firm’s strength and practice areas and will provide and assist clients in exploring and fomenting reasonable and practical resolutions to the issues and achieving high end satisfaction to the clients.”
