Ex-HSA Senior Partner Ranjit Prakash sets up Archeus Law

Ranjit Prakash, who resigned from HSA Advocates two months ago, has set up

his own law firm “Archeus Law”. The seven-member team, as of now, will focus on contract management and disputes practice.

The team currently has 2 partners, one principal associates and 3 associates. One of the partners who has joined Prakash in this new venture is Arun Mani, who joined HSA in 2009 and moved along with Prakash.

Speaking to Bench & Bench, Prakash said,

“We have set up the firm in New Delhi and we are looking forward to expand our team in next six months and more particularly setting up an office in Mumbai.”

Prakash had joined HSA in 2005 and focus practice areas are Disputes (including International arbitration) and Contract Management.
