Ex-Luthra Capital Markets Partner Madhurima Mukherjee joins AZB Delhi as Partner

Madhurima Mukherjee, former Luthra & Luthra Partner is joining AZB & Partners as a Partner in the firm’s Delhi office. She will be heading the firm’s Capital Markets practice replacing Capital Markets Partner Meera Singh, who resigned in April this year.

AZB’s Managing Partner Ajay Bahl said, “The significant experience she brings will greatly supplement and value add to our existing team and provide additional impetus to this important practice area of capital markets at AZB.”

Last year, Madhurima had resigned from Luthra after spending seven years at the firm building the firm’s capital markets practice. Prior to joining Luthra, Madhurima was working in the Delhi office of Amarchand Mangaldas.

For the last one year Madhurima was assisting Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access to legal education (IDIA) in raising funds and handling the operations. During this period she was also taking lectures at the National Law University, Delhi.
