Experts hope that Supreme Court's imposition of penalty for ‘two-finger’ test on rape survivors will bring about change

In a significant ruling on Monday, the Supreme Court held that any person conducting the “two-finger test" on rape survivors will be guilty of misconduct and directed the Union Health Ministry to ensure that the practice is put an end to.
