File Election Petition: Andhra Pradesh High Court to YSR Congress Party on plea against new postal ballot norms

A Bench of Justices Kiranmayee Mandava and Nyaypathy Vijay asked the petitioner-party to file an election petition instead of pursuing remedy under writ jurisdiction.
