Fill up judges' vacancies in fast track courts hearing rape, POCSO cases: Delhi LG to AAP government

The direction came after LG was informed that 35 percent of 22 sanctioned judges posts for hearing rape and POCSO cases, were lying vacant.

The Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Delhi VK Saxena has directed the Delhi government to fill up vacancies in fast-track courts dealing with rape cases and cases under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) cases in the national capital.
